Ingredients

  • 6 ks jarní cibulky cca 225g (omyté, důkladně osušené a nakrájené)
  • ¼ šálku oleje na vaření
  • 2 lžíce světlé sójové omáčky
  • 2 lžíce tmavé sójové omáčky
  • 2 lžičky cukru (hnědý nebo bílý)
  • 450 g nudlí

Instructions

  • Jarní cibulku omyjte a poté důkladně osušte papírovými utěrkami. Odstřihněte konce. Nakrájejte je na dlouhé části a pak každý kus podélně rozpůlte.
  • Nalijte olej do pánve a přidejte jarní cibulku. Nechte smažit na středním ohni. Jakmile bílá část jarní cibulky zezlátne, vyndejte ji. Olej nechte ve woku.
  • Vypněte oheň a nechte olej asi minutu vychladnout. Poté opatrně vlijte směs světlé sójové omáčky, tmavé sójové omáčky a cukru. Promíchejte a nechte zbývající teplo oleje úplně rozpustit cukr.
  • Přiveďte hodně vody k varu. Přidejte nudle a nechte vařit, dokud nebudou uvařené.
  • Scezené nudle přendejte do woku. Promíchejte, aby se každý pramen nudlí rovnoměrně pokryl omáčkou.
  • Nandejte nudle do servírovacích misek a ozdobte smaženou cibulkou.

Notes

1. Kromě tradičního výběru čínských pšeničných nudlí klidně použijte rýžové nudle, soba nudle nebo třeba italské špagety.
2. Pokud olej není dostatečně horký a po zalití sójové omáčky a cukru se neobjeví žádné bublinky, zapněte oheň, aby se omáčka krátce zahřála.
3. Omáčky můžete udělat větší množství a uložit ji do lednice, kde vydrží až měsíc. Smaženou jarní cibulku spotřebujte do 3 dnů.
